Alexander's StoryÂ
My name is Alexander and I want to be real with you.
I could make a list of my identities and roles I've played. I could tell you my accolades and accomplishments. But what I want you to truly know is how much I care about people, about the planet, and about fulfilling my potential. Â
Potential and possibility was something that enchanted me from a young age. I could feel that there was something unseen that helped me, and those who inspired me. As my life experiences slowly started to grow I found different names for it; in Star Wars they called it the force, in my mom's yoga classes she called it Prana, other's called it confidence, and in the streets they called it swagger. I didn't go up in "the streets" but I was blessed to grow up in a diverse area of South Jersey where I was exposed to a lot of different cultures, education levels, and socio-economic status - in each of these different people from different backgrounds I met different parts of my life. In those first couple decades of my life I was a sponge - and this was the beginning of discovering my gifts and my own multi-dimensionality.Â
Â
But like many of us, I got pulled away. School. Expectations. Trying to be who the world told me to be. And in that, I lost touch with something wild and true inside me.
A diagnosis of Crohn’s disease cracked me open. Sports injuries, plant medicine journeys, and moments of profound stillness became teachers that brought me back to my body and to the essence of what really matters. That was over a decade ago—and I’ve been walking this path ever since.
Yoga became more than a practice. It became a way of remembering. A way of returning. Through breath, movement, silence, and ceremony, I began to reclaim my life. IÂ learned as much as I could; from the wisdom of Ram Dass, to the Shamans in the Amazon, to Rabbis in Jerusalem. But even more importantly, IÂ started listening to my own heart and soul. And I committed to helping others do the same.

Â
For the past 12+ years, I’ve led communities, managed studios, and guided over 300 students through yoga teacher trainings and retreats across the world. Many of them now lead their own spaces—and nothing lights me up more than watching people rise into their gifts.
My work blends ancient tools with modern Truth: yoga, storytelling, dance, song, and space-holding rooted in somatics and spirit. I guide people on the path of awakening into deeper integrity, alignment, and embodiment—so they can lead, love, and live from their center.
Whether I’m speaking on a stage, in ceremony, or in a circle in the jungle, my prayer is the same:
That we remember who we really are. That we come home to our bodies, our power, our wholeness.
This path isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
It’s not about doing more. It’s about becoming who you already are.
Let’s Awaken together.
